As part of a total solution in the real estate value chain, the aspect that is critical to the real estate business strategy at this stage in 2014 lies in Expatriate Relocation & Business Relocation.

The key to today's leasing market is to establish a steady stream of tenants for your landlords.  Once in a while, you will also be able to participate in the seeding of a new business into Singapore.  When that occurs, you as a RES will also need the skills sets and knowledge to manage both the relocation for residential units, and for office or factory set ups.
