Hi, for Qbay, when is it ready for vip preview before full launch? For a 3bedroom trio unit, is it possible under $1m? Thanks.

Hi Katz,
Thank you for your query on Q Bay Residences,
Q Bay Residences is likely the biggest launch in 2013.
First and foremost, it is a prestigious development led by Frasers Homes, Far East Organisation, and Sekisui House of Japan. The reputation this carries simply implies that it is in a different league as compared to other projects in the surrounding area.
Product specific differences are very obvious as the layouts for Q Bay Residences allow a queen sized bed in most of the bedrooms.
The area around Q Bay Residences enjoys a significant first mover advantage given that there are subsequent land plots being release in the area soon. This is a very similar phenomena as what is going on in Redhill at the moment whereby the upcoming Echelon project is being snapped up very quickly as the subsequent GLS land sites surrounding the project site have been sold at significantly higher prices.
Buying into Q Bay Residences during VVIP preview also affords you a choice selection of ALL units. Rather than making a purchase into a soon to TOP project where you have to buy left-over units.
My team and I are with the core team in Q Bay Residences and are intimately aware of the project. Any first hand information is also with us and you are welcome to contact me to find out more about this.
The preview is likely to be the weekend after the weekend of the 12th of Jan. As it is still in the preview phase, pricing is highly sensitive as such, we would prefer to reveal it to you only in person after seeing the whole sales kit.
Do contact me if you would like to explore more into Q Bay Residences.
Best Regards,
