I am interested to join Huttons but I am not able to find much information of which agency in huttons to join. Any one inside Huttons which to shed some light of finding a Huttons agency to join?

Thank you for your interest in a career within Huttons Asia Pte Ltd.
To start of, let me draw a distinction between Real Estate Agencies:
Those that do Project Launches, and those that do not. For agencies that do mainly resale and rentals, these agencies are essentially all the same. For the most part, it is about individual agents entering into sale arrangements with individual sellers. For Project launches, it is about the Agency itself entering into a sales agreement with the developer. In this case, Huttons Asia Pte Ltd is undoubtedly the market leader in project new launches. For big players to enter in such agreements with the whole agency, it is an extremely good vote of confidence to the agency that the sales team has what it takes to deliver the desired result.
In this case, substantial to complete sell out of the entire project before the official preview date. Not many agencies can accomplish this. In the situations where the project is sold via joint marketing, we outsold our counterpart agency 8:1 in the Alexandra Central launch.
Within the Agency, there are multiple teams and divisions. To meet all the leaders within that is an almost impossible task, having said that, what you would be looking for is 2 fold. Firstly, mentoring. Within the division, sub teams have their own "culture" as well. In its most extreme, you have team leaders who will just ask you to go for training. At the other end, there are teams that leave no team mate behind. Secondly, look for a team culture that best fits your personal beliefs.
The team culture is a direct reflection of the team leader himself, thus, meet the team, know the leader. Hope this addresses your question somewhat.
