Thank you very much for your question above, the query on database building is of course a very pertinent to new incoming agents and experienced agents alike.
Property Guru has up to 50 - 100 listings available for use at any given time, to populate your full listing capacity is a long and fraught with hard work to build your listings one-by-one-by-one-by-one.
Time is the key here. In a traditional real estate model, agents are expected to build their database 1 listing at a time. Given the lack of track record and experience, the difficulty of this process is compounded and made much more difficult, thus jeopardizing the long term business growth of the new associate.
There is another way.
